9. Helpdesk

Please contact the NRAO ODS Helpdesk in case of (but not limited to):

• Informing NRAO of your adoption of the ODS JSON standards and setting up your own ODS API server

• Requesting limited assistance on how to setup your own ODS API server

• Having general questions related to the ODS system and its JSON data format

• Need assistance in connecting with NSF spectrum team for coordination with satellite operators (for US observatories)

• Need help in establishing a point of contact with satellite operators (for non-US observatories)

• For reporting potential satellite downlink RFI in your data (for VLBA & GBT only)

  • For VLA users, please follow the instructions on how to file a VLA Science Helpdesk ticket in the Operational Data Sharing for RFI Mitigation section of the VLA Observing Guide.
